"Quan Trang is an awesome agent, I originally spoke to him earlier in 2025 and at the time, State Farm wouldn’t insure me but he informed me that the thing on my record that was preventing me from getting insurance from them would fall off in December 2025. I had forgotten about it until he proactively called me on January 9th to inform me they would now be able to insure me, and in doing so saved me over $100 per month switching to State Farm. If he hadn’t called me, I likely wouldn’t have remembered and stayed with my other insurance provider that never gave me any indication they were planning on lowering their rates as much as I was able to save by switching to State Farm. I am grateful that he proactively called me and was impressed that he did since we had originally spoken only once 6+ months ago. I was also very happy that on top of a massive discount compared to what I was paying before, I am now also receiving better coverage for less, mainly roadside assistance I am very happy to now have."
